TRAINING INTRODUCTION
Background
The Women Movement Training aims to strengthen women’s leadership, participation in decision-making, economic empowerment, gender equality advocacy, and collective action within communities. The training empowers women to organize themselves, understand their rights, and advocate for social and economic transformation.
Overall Goal
To build a strong women’s movement that promotes gender equality, women’s rights, economic empowerment, and community leadership in Kigoma/Kasulu.
